The intelligence being built today rests on tooling made for a smaller problem. Memory forgets, context buckles, and the gap between what these systems could do and what their foundations allow keeps widening. That gap will not close on its own. Someone has to build past it, and we decided it should be us.

Nothing is taken off a shelf, and nothing is assembled from parts that almost fit. Each system is commissioned and built from the substrate up. The result is not a study or a proposal. It runs.

coglogic is built the way its systems are: first imagined, then made real, and only where the work is new. We take on a small number of engagements and hold each one all the way through, from first sketch to running system. engram is the first. There will be more, each chosen with the same care.

Memory persists. Context holds. Cognition composes.

That is the near future we are building toward: systems that remember what they learn, keep their context whole, and compose what they know into thought. It is closer than it looks. We are not waiting for it to arrive. We are building it, starting with memory.
